I saw this the other day and realized... this repair might take longer than I thought.
On the plus side though, there should be some very nice (and sturdy) sidewalks. Also I'm hoping for a few underground storefronts. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

When the underground opens up, Knoxville drunks will finally have somewhere to drink all night and not have to worry about that pesky bright sunlight ruining their morning.
I haven't been down there in a few weeks -- where are you shooting those photos from? The first one looks like the side of the VRC.
